A single shaft ploughshare mixer is a batch-type dry powder mixing machine widely used in powder processing industries. Driven by a single main shaft, the plough-shaped blades lift and toss powder materials inside the mixing chamber. It is designed for mixing powder-powder and powder-small liquid additives. This mixer is a cost-effective option for small and medium factories to produce dry mixed mortar, putty powder and detergent powder.

二.Single Shaft Ploughshare Mixer Working Principle?

When the mixer operates, the central shaft drives multiple plough blades to rotate. The ploughs push materials upward and outward, creating a turbulent fluid mixing zone. High-speed side choppers break up material agglomerates to improve mixing uniformity. Liquid nozzles can be fitted to spray additives during blending. It completes one full mixing cycle within 2–4 minutes for homogeneous powder mixtures.
