Working Principle
1.The core of the equipment consists of a pair of mixing shafts mounted horizontally within a W-shaped or U-shaped vessel; the two shafts rotate in opposite directions at the same speed.
2.Weightless Mixing: High-speed rotation of specially angled paddles generates centrifugal force, propelling materials radially into the space above the vessel; at the apex of their trajectory, the materials enter a momentary state of "weightlessness."
3.Compound Motion: In this state, driven by the paddles, the materials undergo multi-dimensional compound movements—including vertical tumbling, lateral interlacing, and axial advancement—resulting in convective, shear, and diffusive mixing.
4.High Efficiency and Uniformity: The paths of the dual-shaft paddles intersect and intermesh with a staggered arrangement.
